Marvellous and awesome setting, I had wonderful time.
The hotel was located right by a quiet alleyway and the city centre and attractions further out. I greatly enjoyed the amazingly comfortable and exceptionally NICE room with very comfortable bed and the staff were nice.

The best thing about this residence is its location, right at the back of San Andrea della Valle a few steps from Piazza Navona and another few steps from Campo dei Fiori.
You cannot call this a hotel. It is a small apartment on top of four flights of steps and an entrace that does call for some refurbishing. Otherwise it is clean inside and comfortable.

Wifi excellent. Shower excellent. Excellent air conditioning. Bed excellent. Room decor excellent. Only 6 minutes from the Pantheon. Tram stop two minutes. Can walk almost everywhere from here. Georgio (the owner?) very helpful. Recommend taxi transfer from Ciampino with [email protected]. 45 Euros each way and took 45 mins door to door. Reliable. No time wasting. Cheap Terravision bus not recommended: Took 135 minutes from arrival to Termini and then a taxi ripped us off for a further 25 Euros.
Entrance very like a Victorian tenement in Glasgow followed by four flights of steps to room. View out of back bedroom window similar to a Havana back view! Number 3 was not a Junior Suite, but an apartment. A suite would have a more room and at least a two seat sofa. Not quiet. Quite a lot of noise outside, even with double glazing.

Location is great, room is modern and fresh.
We did lock ourselves out and it took awhile to get in contact with someone to be let back in.

RRSHN was in excellent location, easy access to every where with trams, busses and on foot. Quiet street. Staff was nice. The room was very clean ja comfortable.
The stairs are not for handicapped people, they are very steep and the rooms are on the 2nd floor. The local residents of the house play tricks some time and lock the front door so it is almost impossible to get in, for us it took 20 minutes to manage to open the door in the middle of the night. It would not be so bad but as there is no staff there it can be a little unpleasant to say the least.

This is not a normal hotel - more like renting an apartment. The location was great, and if you are independent and can operate using the hotel a a place to sleep then this is a great find. If you are used to luxury hotels with a full time staff at your beck and call, then look for someplace else. We rented the detached suite which was an apartment for 3 including a kitchenette and even a washing machine - great place to walk to many of the sights in Rome and close to buses that can get you anywhere else you want to go. Many places to eat within 5 mins. Great location!
No full time staff on site - we had no problems so that was not an issue. The "breakfast" is a croissant per person - not really a breakfast but there is a market 50 feet from the door. Can be difficult to find - make sure you get in touch with the staff so they know exactly when you are coming and call them when you land so they can meet you to let you in.

Great location very close to Phanteon, Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori. Nice and clean room. Very helpful staff.
Very poor breakfast. I wouldn't even call it a breakfast. Every morning you will get 1 croissant per person. I understand it is enough for Italian people, but not for me;) I think that hotel should inform about it before booking. There was no lift.

The location was very nice, just a short walk away from all of the main tourist attractions and local transport systems. I loved being able to easily explore the city and visit famous sights. The hotel facilities were great, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the greeter who was prompt and efficient during check-in. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
Almost perfect. The bed was a bit too firm, which may not be suitable for everyone's preference.
